    WHOLE,  HALF  AND  QUARTER  COW  PROCESSING  OPTIONS

    We offer a "Standard Cut" processing option for each of our Whole, Half and Quarter cow sales. A "Custom Cut" processing option is available for Whole and Half cow sales (but not for Quarter).  Customers who select the "Custom Cut" option will be put directly in touch with our processor so you can specify your full order. Please note that quantities and availability of specific individual cuts will vary from cow to cow.  Our standard cut processing packages are shown below.  For more information on our processing and packaging please read here.

     PRODUCT  SELECTION
    If "include" is selected above, the liver, tongue and dog bones will be included in the order free of charge. This option is not available for quarter cow orders.

    I have read and understand Nieslanik Beef’s “Estimated Pricing” explanation and agree that the final balance for this order will be adjusted prior to beef pickup or delivery.
    ​I have read and agree to the terms of Nieslanik Beef’s Whole, Half & Quarter Cow “Sales Agreement.”

     WHAT  Happens  NEXT?

    Clicking the "Submit Order" button below will send your order to Nieslanik Beef.  We will review your order and send you a confirmation within 1-2 business days. If you selected the cash or check payment method, we will send you an invoice.  If paying by credit card, we will call you to process payment.  Thank you again for you business!
