I'm sorry to share some bad news. A sad truth of our ongoing drought is that it makes ranching in our valley all that much harder. Unfortunately, the extended drought is forcing us to cut down the size of our herd. The primary impact to our customers is that we will no longer be able to full-fill any whole, half, or quarter cow orders. We will continue to offer individual cuts of beef through our online store.
Please accept our sincere apologies. We know folks look forward to filling their freezers with these orders. We are very sorry to not be able to offer this option as hoped.
